In some cases the quality or sorting of a lot does not meet the expectations generated by the supply information. In that case you can lodge a complaint with the Quality Department. A quality inspector will assess whether your claim is justified, in which case you can return the lot. In some cases you may be entitled to a discount on the purchase price. The conditions are that the complaint must be reported to the branch where the lot was purchased and the complaint must be registered no later than one hour after the 'end of distribution'.
Reinspection of entire consignment (message service)
Under the rules of the entire consignment reinspection service, the Quality Department will inform the other buyers of a consignment about any serious deviations in quality or sorting if one buyer has lodged a justifiable claim for reinspection of part of this consignment.
If you are informed about a deviation in this regard, you can submit your part of the consignment to the Quality Department for reinspection. This can be done up to one hour after receiving the message. The message will be sent via e-mail. This service does not incur any costs.
