(Digital) Daily statement
The daily report gives you an overview of the products you have traded on the clock. There are some differences between the daily statement issued by the former FloraHolland-locations and the daily statement from the Aalsmeer location. The daily statement from the former FloraHolland-locations includes those products you traded in through intermediaries. Besides the total number of products traded, the daily statement also provides information on auctioned or collected packaging. Furthermore you will also find statistical information on the daily report and you can find out your BI-index score.
Electronic daily statement
The electronic daily statement is a notification sent by FloraHolland to you immediately after auction or mediation to inform you of the profits from your products. You may transfer the information into your EAB software to save it and integrate it in your administration.
Financial services
Cooperative growers and growers’ associations may use our financial-administrative support services. Do you provide products to another grower? Then we can quickly process these intra-grower shipments using the daily accounting report. This service can be customized to suit your needs.
Annual statement
The annual statement is a cumulative overview by location from 1 January through 31 December inclusive for a given fiscal year. The overview shows you total sales realized through auction and intermediary sales as well as all fees deducted.
Account Online
Bill payment between you and the auction occurs by means of daily and weekly settlement. The Internet application Account Online makes these invoices available to you electronically. If you have had products on auction or mediated, then you may download the daily settlement at around 8 p.m. The weekly settlement is available on Fridays starting at about 10 p.m. Account Online is free. If you choose to use Account Online, you will no longer receive daily and weekly settlements sent by mail. Quarterly and annual summaries may however be sent by regular mail.
Batch feedback during auction
Do you use the clock and want to know more quickly how much your products have earned? Then sign up for the batch feedback service during auction. Within five minutes of a batch being auctioned, you will see on the electronic ticker how much your products have sold for, and to whom.
(Digital) Weekly settlement
The weekly settlement is an invoice from the auction you receive weekly as a supplier. You may see the sales amount and also what fees have been deducted by the auction. If there are sums withheld for third parties, they are also indicated on the weekly settlement.
