A good example of Service Plus is our Personalized sales service. You have a person working the market exclusively for you one or two days a week. You may also hire an agent to work for a grower cluster. Another option is to use Individualized Commercial Custom Service (FlorConcepting), for instance for product launches, concept development or market research. A personalized action plan will be compiled, geared toward improving your market position. Company promotion at trade fairs, such as the Winter Trade Show and the FloraHolland Trade Fair, are a couple of possibilities. In information services (such as product and marketing data reporting), FloraHolland Connect can also be your partner.

Additionally, quality assurance assistance is offered as a custom service. For a fee, FloraHolland Connect helps you in assuring the agreed-upon quality of large-scale and/or perishable orders. This allows timely intervention if needed, keeping your risk to a minimum. This service is available to all suppliers. Suppliers with a Service package do have priority over those suppliers with a Basic package.
