If you become a member, you agree to offer all your products through our auction. At times there may be commercial reasons for auctioning some of your products elsewhere. In such a case, you may request an exemption. Then you may do business with another auction as long as this auction is affiliated with the Association of Flower Auctions in the Netherlands. Additionally one may use the German auction in Landgart.
Regarding those sales for which you request an exemption, you will not pay any commission or Liquidity contribution. These sales will likewise not count toward the accumulation of your voting right.

Voting right

A member’s voting right is linked to his sales: the higher the sales amount, the more influence a member has. However, the increased influence does plateau as companies reach higher sales levels. In this way, influence on the cooperative remains fairly distributed among all members.
