What is the grower support service?
A grower support service worker helps you to increase the reliability of your supply information (BI) and improve product quality, as well as its presentation before the clock. The grower support leader works with the Quality Control Service, and closely with the chief inspector. In addition, he has contact with the auctioneer. He/she is the first point of contact for all your questions about product quality and supply information.

Plan-based grower support
Plan-based grower support offers you continual assistance for a set period of time by offering advice in the areas of product quality and supply information. The goal is to correlate these two areas to such an extent that the price setting for your product improves. In Rijnsburg this service is known as Intensive Grower Support (IKB).

Support for mediation transactions
The Quality Control Service regularly conducts inspection upon the request of an intermediaty organization, supplier or buyer in keeping with delivery specifications determined by the parties. This helps give the buyer assurance that the specifications he demands are actually met.
